Site and method
The coordinates analysed, the run date, how many hazards were screened and the evidence-label vocabulary used throughout.
Per-hazard evidence
One row per hazard with its level — and, in a customer pack, the dataset, its version, the date range covered and the confidence behind it.
Compliance mapping
Which disclosure areas the evidence covers — for example ESRS E1 physical risk covered by evidence, and other areas not covered (a declared boundary) rather than implied.
Declared gaps and disclaimer
Where data could not be read, the pack says UNKNOWN and lists it. Plus the honesty contract, the scope limits and the “not assurance” disclaimer.
