How buying works
- Create a free account — packs are delivered to your account, and it takes about a minute. The free tier stays free either way.
- Pay by card — payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Organisations that need an invoice instead can email info@talaix.com and we will send one.
- Generate your pack — you come back to your account with the pack ready to generate for your location. Anything we prepare by hand (portfolio scope, extra locations, custom annexes) is delivered within one business day.
Prices are in euro and exclude VAT. Subscriptions can be cancelled any time from the billing portal in your account, and access continues to the end of the paid period. Payment, invoicing and refund questions: info@talaix.com.
Pilot programme
Up to 3 months of Business-tier capabilities, up to 25 monitored locations, onboarding call + review call. Typically €490 flat for the period, or free by operator decision for small municipalities or humanitarian organisations.
In exchange: structured feedback and, with your written approval, a publishable evidence-backed case study. No automatic renewal, no charge without an explicit order.
Academic programme
Universities, research centres and NGOs receive Professional free of charge on application. The Academy pilot course is free for everyone.
